Reverse: short voided cross with letters C R V X in angles and +AEDELPERD M-O SVDBY legend for the moneyer Aethelwerd at Sudbury mint. S. 1148; N. 770. Good fine with minor dimple to flan. This moneyer is attributed by some authorities to Southwark (Suthgew/Suthbyrh) mint but the mint signature of SVDBY is more likely to be Sudbury (Suthbury).
