Lead, 14.40 grams, 30.21 mm. 10th century AD. A good example of a Middle Saxon disc brooch with geometric decoration in the form of a saltire with bilinear borders. At the end of the arms and in the centre are five bosses. The rim of the brooch is beaded. The spring lug is present on the reverse, with the attachment point for the catchplate.
