Copper-alloy, 360 grams, 349 mm. 1200-1100 BC. An Amlash Type 1 spearhead with a leaf-shaped blade, thick rectangular-section midrib, expanding shaft and narrowing rectangular-section tang with transverse button. Reference: Khorasani, M.M. Very fine condition; the surface has been professionally conserved. Provenance: from an old English collection formed in the 1980's.
