Copper-alloy, 270 grams, 40 cm. Circa 2nd millennium BC. A cast copper-alloy dagger with elliptical-section blade. The pommel is curved and the hilt is pierced and has open cells to the outer faces to be filled with plates of organic material. Reference: cf. Khorasani, M.M. Arms and Armour from Iran.
