Bronze, 6.17 grams, 23.60 mm. Rome. AD 175-176 (under Marcus Aurelius). Obverse: COMMODO CAES AVG FIL GERM SARM, bare-headed, draped bust right. Reverse: PIETAS AVG, sacrificial implements: knife, aspergillum, ewer, lituus and simpulum; SC in exergue. RIC III 1538; Cohen 404; Sear 5561. Good fine/good. Accompanied by an old collection ticket.
