Bronze, 2.96 grams, 19.74 mm. Trier. 321 AD. Obverse: CONSTANTI-NVS AVG, laureate, mantled bust left holding eagle-tipped sceptre. Reverse: BEATA TRAN-QVILLITAS, large globe on an altar inscribed VOT / IS / XX in three lines, three stars above. Mintmark PTR in exergue. RIC VII Trier 306; cf Sear (1988) 3871. Good very fine, much better than imaged. A significant coin which has been published on wildwinds.com
