Bronze, 3.55 grams, 20.53 mm. Lyons. 314-315 AD. Obverse: IMP CONSTANTINVS PF AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from the back. Reverse: MARTI CON-SERVATORI, Mars standing right, helmeted, chlamys across left shoulder, holding upright spear, point downwards and resting left hand on shield, T-F across fields. Mintmark PLG in exergue. RIC VII Lyons 10; cf Sear 3863. Rated R2 in RIC. Good very fine/extremely fine.
