Bronze, 5.26 grams, 21.16 mm. Alexandria. 351-354 AD. Obverse: DN CONSTANTI-VS NOB CAES, bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust right. Reverse: FEL TEMP RE-PARATIO, soldier spearing fallen horseman who is wearing Phrygian helmet, reaching backwards. dot-S-dot in left field, mintmark ALEA in exergue. RIC VIII Alexandria 79; cf Sear 4055. Good very fine. A significant coin which has been published on wildwinds.com
