Bronze, 2.28 grams, 18.64 mm. Constantinople. 337-361 AD. Obverse: DN CONSTAN-TIVS PF AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right. Reverse: FEL TEMP R-EPARATIO, soldier spearing fallen horseman who is bare-headed, bearded and reaching backwards, dot in centre, CONSA in exergue. RIC VIII Constantinople 121; cf Sear 4003. Scarce reverse legend break. Near extremely fine.
