Silver, 0.70 grams, 15.59 mm. Heavy coinage, King's Receiver, local dies issue; 1461-1464 AD. Obverse: crowned facing bust with legend +EDWARD REX ANGL. Reverse: long cross with rose at centre and three pellets in each quadrant dividing legend CIVI TAS DON OLM for the mint at Durham. S. 1988A; N. 1544. Fine-good fine for the issue and unusual spelling of the mint name.
