Egyptian 'Boar-Headed Sun-God' Amulet
Faience, 0.76 grams, 23.80 mm. Third Intermediate Period. The sun-god was conventionally represented as an advancing man with a variety of animal heads; the present example features the boar, a rare choice. Made with a transverse piercing for suspension.
