Egyptian 'Grey-White' Shabti Container
Glazed powdered quartz composite (faience), 16.11 grams, 39.78 mm rim diameter. Late Period, circa 664-525 BC, 26th Dynasty. A type of accompanying container deposited in niches in the burial chamber. The piece is in creamy grey ceramic with a narrow everted rim and flat base. Reference: cf. Stewart, H. M.
