Egyptian 'Isis' Amulet
Copper-alloy, 7.53 grams, 46.68 mm. Late Period circa 664-525 BC. A cast bronze of Isis wearing her hair piled into two 'horns' surmounted by a bust of her son, Horus. The amulet has a suspension ring cast behind the headdress, part lost in antiquity. Reference: Flinders Petrie, W.M.
