Egyptian 'Pale Turquoise' Offering Cup
Glazed powdered quartz composite (faience), 17.69 grams, 41.98 mm rim diameter. Late Period, circa 664-525 BC, 26th Dynasty. A type of accompanying container deposited in niches in the burial chamber. The piece is in turquoise with a shallow, rounded everted rim and flat base. Reference: cf. Stewart, H. M.
