Glazed powdered quartz composite (faience), 0.60 grams, 18.09 mm. Saite Period 664-525 BC. A deep blue glazed amulet depicting the god Thoth, associated with writing, in his human form with the ibis head. Made with a transverse piercing in the shoulders for suspension.
