Greek Apulian 'Arrow Motif' Black-Glazed Kantharos
Ceramic, 28.09 grams, 54.01 across handles. Circa 4th century BC. An Apulian kantharos in black glaze with red ochre slip arrow design with two lines underneath, with two looped handles and stepped foot. Extremely fine condition, complete and undamaged. Provenance: from an old English collection, found Apulia, Magna Graecia, South-eastern Italy in the 19th century.
