Greek Apulian 'Leaf Motif' Black-Glazed Kantharos
Ceramic, 48.46 grams, 80.51 across handles. Circa 4th century BC. An Apulian kantharos in black glaze with red ochre slip leaf design, with two looped handles and stepped foot. Very fine condition, complete. Provenance: from an old English collection, found Apulia, Magna Graecia, South-eastern Italy in the 19th century.
