Copper-alloy, 21.63 grams; 44.94 mm. Circa 9th-10th century AD. A large pentagonal Anglo-Scandinavian mount of Williams’s Class A Type 1 featuring a design of two entwined beasts, executed in punched roundels across the mount’s surface.
