Medieval 'Figural' Pendant
Lead, 4.69 grams, 23.04 mm. 13th-14th century AD. A small pendant in the form of a human face with rounded features an elaborate hairstyle. The eyes are pellets and the nose a sub-triangular panel extending to arched brows. The hair is formed as a ribbed crown with a median ridge from the nose.
