Medieval 'Incised Face' Finger Ring
Copper-alloy, 5.49 grams, 24.91 mm overall (approximate size British X, USA 11½, European 26.22, Japanese 25). Circa 13th-15th century AD. A cast copper-alloy finger ring with D-section hoop and ribbed shoulders rising to a discoid bezel with incised design of a human face on a hatched background. Reference: Oman, C.C.
