Copper-alloy, 165 grams, 52.61 mm. 12th -15th century AD. A twelve-pointed cast mace head, reamed to accept a shaft of about 23mm. The median row of four thick spikes is surrounded above and below by rows of four shorter spikes offset by 45 degrees. A thick collar below secured the mace head to the wooden shaft.
