Bronze, 17.36 grams, 29.20 mm. Rome. AD 246. Obverse: IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, laureate, draped bust right. Reverse: P M TR P III COS P P II S-C, Felicitas standing left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae. RIC 149 var.; Cohen 123; Sear 9004. (RIC lists this reverse legend but with COS II or COS III, but not with COS only. The coin, is, however listed in Sear and Cohen. Very fine. Accompanied by an old collection ticket.
