Granite, 3665 grams, 99.46 mm x 18055 mm. Circa 1st Century A.D. A nice red coloured granite mortar. Round in shape with thick walls and cylindrical hole. This was disposed of as continuous use has grinded the hole through to the outside. Very Fine condition and an interesting piece. Found North Africa.
