Silver, 14.69 grams, 34.35 mm. 1637-1642, third issue. Obverse: King riding left holding sword with CAROLVS D G MAG BRIT FRAN & HIB REX legend and 'thistle' mintmark. Reverse: crowned arms with F and thistle each side and QVAE DEVS CONIVNXIT NEMO SEPARET legend. S. 5554. Very fine and better, almost fully struck up, scarce thus.
