Copper-alloy, 75 grams, 100 mm. Circa 6th-7th century AD. A large tongue-shaped buckle-plate with integral rectangular raised loop, the tongue of shield-on-tongue type with outer end curved over the loop, three pierced attachment lugs on the reverse.
